The role includes designing training programmes, strengthening service culture, and ensuring consistency across teams.

Innu Lama’s Experience Across Conrad Bengaluru and Other Luxury Hotels
Prior to this appointment, Innu Lama served as Learning & Development Manager at Conrad Bengaluru. Innu Lama led leadership training initiatives and managed onboarding and compliance programmes.
Her career also includes roles with Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru as Hotel Assistant Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, and Sheraton Grand Bengaluru under Marriott.
