With more than 20 years of experience, Joginder has held key leadership positions across leading hospitality groups. Before joining Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, he served as Director of Operations at Marriott International, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
His professional background includes roles with Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, The Claridges Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza, The Taj Mahal Hotel, and Holiday Inn. In each of these roles, he focused on improving food and beverage operations, ensuring guest delight, and building high-performing teams. His contributions have consistently led to improved service standards and increased revenue performance.

Joginder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from IHM Guwahati. He completed his schooling at Delhi Police Public School, New Delhi. His education and career reflect a strong foundation in hospitality operations and leadership excellence.
