Prasanta Nandi has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre.
Bringing more than 15 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hospitality brands, Prasanta Nandi joins the property with expertise in operational management, guest experience, food and beverage strategy, and hospitality leadership.

Prasanta Nandi began his hospitality journey with a strong focus on operations, gaining experience across guest services, restaurant management, bars, banqueting, and outdoor catering.
Over the years, he has worked with prominent hospitality brands including Hyatt, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and The Leela Group.
His experience spans restaurant operations, beverage management, large-scale banqueting, outdoor catering, and departmental leadership across multiple hospitality segments.
Prasanta Nandi Joins from Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata
Before taking on his new role, Prasanta Nandi served as Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, where he was responsible for overseeing restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and the hotel’s overall dining strategy.
His experience in managing diverse F&B operations is expected to support the continued growth of Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Centre.

In his new position, Prasanta Nandi will focus on enhancing food and beverage offerings through guest-centric experiences, operational consistency, and market-relevant dining concepts. He will also work on strengthening the positioning of Ozone Convention Centre as a venue for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
