Rooftop Dining Concept
A key feature of the property will be GG’s, a pure vegetarian, double-decker rooftop restaurant. The outlet will include open-to-sky and covered seating areas and offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The restaurant is positioned as a destination dining venue and forms a central part of the hotel’s guest experience.
