While the assortment basket brings together 10 dim sums and baos in a sharing format, the bento offering combines a main course, rice, appetiser and dessert in a single meal. The additions expand Chao Bella’s menu with formats designed around sharing, corporate requirements and at-home dining.
Dim Sum and Bao Basket Brings 10 Asian Bites Together
The Dim Sums & Baos Assortment Basket features a selection of 10 Asian bites presented in a specially designed combination basket. Rather than requiring diners to order separate portions, the format allows guests to sample and share several dim sums and baos during a single meal.
Among the selections are the Truffle Edamame Dumpling, Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun and BBQ Chicken Bao. The assortment brings together different flavours and textures and has been developed primarily as a sharing experience for dinners, celebrations and informal gatherings.

The idea behind the Dim Sums & Baos Basket was to bring together an assortment of our signature dim sums and baos in one basket, allowing guests to experience and share different flavours rather than choosing individual portions.”
The Dim Sums & Baos Assortment Basket is available between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM and is priced from ₹1,000 plus taxes.
Bento Box Offers a Complete Meal Format
The second addition, The Bento Box Experience, has been developed as a complete meal combining a main course with accompaniments, an appetiser and dessert.
Guests can choose main courses such as Teriyaki Salmon or Kung Pao Chicken, accompanied by steamed jasmine rice. The meal also includes an appetiser such as Vegetable Spring Rolls and concludes with Mochi Ice Cream.
The combination is intended to provide a structured meal within a single box, while retaining the Asian culinary positioning of Chao Bella.
The Bento Box Experience is also available between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with prices starting at ₹1,250 plus taxes.
Corporate and At-Home Dining Among Target Segments
Chao Bella is positioning the bento format for corporate requirements, office meetings and at-home dining. The meal is presented in an eco-friendly bento box, allowing the restaurant to extend its food offering beyond conventional dine-in occasions.
The format is also being positioned for gifting and client requirements, particularly for diners looking for a complete Asian meal that can be conveniently served outside the restaurant.
In contrast, the Dim Sums & Baos Assortment Basket is centred on the dine-in sharing occasion. Together, the two offerings address different consumption formats while drawing on the restaurant’s existing Asian menu.
