Jaiveer Singh Rathore brings nearly two decades of hospitality human resources experience, with expertise spanning talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, HR operations, diversity initiatives, and pre-opening team development.
In his new role, Jaiveer Singh Rathore will lead people and culture strategy at Fairmont Udaipur Palace, overseeing talent development, employee engagement, workplace culture, and strategic HR initiatives.

As Director of People & Culture, Jaiveer Singh Rathore will support the hotel’s people strategy while aligning talent and organisational priorities with operational goals.
Nearly Two Decades of Hospitality Experience
Jaiveer Singh Rathore brings close to 20 years of hospitality experience.
His career has focused on hospitality human resources, talent development, employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and organisational transformation.
He has worked with major hospitality companies including Marriott International and Accor Hotels.
During his 9.5-year tenure with Accor, he was closely involved in multiple hotel pre-openings, strengthening his expertise in team building and operational framework development.
Previous Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Fairmont Udaipur Palace, Jaiveer Singh Rathore served as Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott Kolkata.
In that role, he led HR and training operations for a large workforce across the hotel.
His tenure included digital transformation initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement strategies that contributed to high associate engagement scores and low attrition.
Earlier, he held leadership positions with Accor Hotels across Jaipur, Kolkata, Guwahati, and New Delhi.
Academic Background and Recognition
Jaiveer Singh Rathore holds dual Master’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Rajasthan University.
He also holds a PGDM in Labour Law and a Diploma in Business Management.
His industry recognitions include the Best Talent Acquisition & Development Award 2024 by Marriott International and the Exemplary Leader Award at the Asia HRD Conference 2024.
