He brings experience across reputed hospitality brands, beginning his career with Mayfair as a Management Trainee, followed by his role as an F&B Executive with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. He further expanded his expertise as an Assistant Butler Manager at Raffles Udaipur.

Ashutosh’s most recent assignment was at Vantara Niwas, where he served as Manager – Food & Beverage, overseeing operations, guest service delivery, and team performance. His diverse experience across luxury, experiential and boutique hospitality environments equips him to support Evolve Back, Hampi’s service philosophy and operational standards.
