Holiday Inn Express, owned by SAMHI, has appointed Arjun Mehra as Portfolio Front Office Manager, a newly created role aimed at strengthening guest-facing operations and service consistency across its expanding hotel portfolio.
In his new role, Arjun will oversee front office standards, guest experience initiatives, service delivery, and team development programmes while supporting operational consistency across multiple properties.

Arjun brings over 12 years of hospitality experience across leading hotel brands including Marriott, Taj Hotels, and Hilton.
His professional journey includes nearly four years of experience in India and more than eight years in international hospitality markets, particularly in Canada.
Over the years, he has developed expertise in front office operations, guest satisfaction, revenue performance, team leadership, and managing high-volume hotel environments.
Focus on Guest Experience and Service Standards
As Portfolio Front Office Manager, Arjun will play a key role in strengthening guest-facing operations and ensuring consistent service standards across the Holiday Inn Express portfolio.
His responsibilities will include supporting service excellence initiatives, operational improvements, and team capability development programs.
