Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Chandan Thakur as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Thakur brings over 18 years of luxury hospitality experience to the role, most recently serving at Hyatt Regency Delhi.
At the Delhi property, Thakur played a pivotal role in elevating beverage programming and oversaw operations across multiple award-winning outlets. He led innovation through international bar takeovers, premium wine events and curated pop-up dining experiences. In his previous role he demonstrated strategic planning capabilities, staff development expertise and guest‑focused service leadership.
