Throughout his career, Amit Sharma has held leadership positions across several hospitality organizations, building strong capabilities in training, employee engagement, leadership development, and operational excellence.
His professional journey includes key roles with ITC WelcomHeritage Hotels, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
His experience spans both domestic and international markets, giving him a broad understanding of hospitality talent development and organizational learning.
Amit Sharma Previously Led Learning & Development Across South Asia
Prior to joining Royal Orchid Hotels, Amit Sharma served as Director – Learning & Development Operations at BWH Hotels, overseeing learning and development initiatives across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Before that, he held the position of Corporate Training Manager with BWH Hotels and spent more than eight years with ITC WelcomHeritage Hotels, where he played a key role in leadership development and training programs.
