The newly signed hotels include The Fern Residency Rajkot, KKV Circle, The Fern Habitat Vadodara, and LPS The Fern Surat, Gaurav Path Road.

The Fern Residency Rajkot, KKV Circle, Series by Marriott will be developed in Rajkot, one of Gujarat’s established commercial centres.
The property will feature 77 rooms and suites. Facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, a conference room, and a banquet hall designed to support meetings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
The hotel is scheduled to open in 2028.

Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, conference room, and banquet hall designed for meetings, corporate functions, and social occasions.
The hotel is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026.

The property will feature 182 rooms and suites, making it the largest among the three newly signed hotels.
Facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, terrace bar, conference room, and banquet hall designed to support both business and social demand.
