Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar has appointed Ajay Kumar as its Security Manager. The hotel said Ajay brings over 11 years of security and hospitality experience, and will oversee the property’s security operations and protocols.
In his new role Ajay is responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive safety measures across the hotel. He will lead emergency response planning, guest security strategies, and asset protection initiatives to ensure the well‑being of guests and team members.
Ajay’s background includes nearly 12 years of experience in hospitality security. He has developed expertise in preventive risk management, emergency systems and hotel operations protocols. His leadership approach is described as proactive and built on industry‑standard risk assessment frameworks.
