Chef Abhishek brings over 18 years of culinary experience across leading hospitality brands in India and international markets. His association with the hotel during its pre-opening phase involved concept development, menu engineering, team recruitment and training, as well as the establishment of standard operating procedures that continue to guide the hotel’s culinary operations.

Over the course of his career, Chef Abhishek has held senior culinary roles with brands including Radisson Hotel Group, Sarovar Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International. His experience spans a wide range of operational environments, from business hotels to full-service properties, giving him a balanced understanding of both creative and operational demands.
He is known for combining innovation with operational discipline, with a strong emphasis on consistency, hygiene standards and guest-centric dining experiences. His leadership style focuses on building efficient kitchen teams while maintaining quality and process integrity.
