Throughout his career, he has been associated with leading hospitality brands, including IHG Hotels & Resorts and ITC Hotels, gaining valuable experience across various aspects of hotel operations.

Prior to this promotion, Vishesh served as Operations Manager at Sayaji Hotel Gwalior, where he was instrumental in improving service standards, streamlining operational processes, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
