Utsav Sharma brings over nine years of international hospitality experience across India and Canada. His career spans luxury hotels, co-living enterprises, and full-service operations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of modern hospitality environments.

His professional journey includes working with leading brands such as W Hotels, Westin Marriott, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Housr Co-Living. Across these roles, he has been closely involved in guest experience transformation, structured training programs, and multi-property leadership initiatives.

In his new role, Utsav will lead corporate learning and development initiatives across OPO Hotels & Resorts. His focus will be on nurturing internal talent, strengthening service delivery, and building consistent training frameworks that support operational excellence across functions and properties.
