Treetop by Eight Continents Royalpine, Kasauli has appointed Pravin Kondal as General Manager. In his new role, he will oversee the overall operations of the property, focusing on operational excellence, guest experience, business performance, and team leadership.

Pravin Kondal brings more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, pre-opening projects, resort management, food and beverage operations, and guest service.
As General Manager, he will lead the strategic and operational direction of Treetop by Eight Continents Royalpine, Kasauli, while strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences, and driving the property’s commercial objectives.
Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Prior to joining Treetop by Eight Continents Royalpine, Pravin served as General Manager at Brij Hotels. Earlier, he was General Manager with Concept Hospitality in Kasauli, where he managed hotel operations and business performance.
His career also includes several leadership assignments with Leisure Hotels Group, including General Manager at Atman by Leisure Hotels, Dharamshala, and Resort Manager at Adivaha by Leisure Hotels, Dharamshala, and 7 Pines, Kasauli. During these roles, he played an important part in pre-opening operations, operational management, and service delivery.
Earlier in his career, he worked as General Manager with Choice Hotels India in Jalandhar. His professional journey also includes food and beverage leadership roles with President Hotel, Park Plaza Chandigarh, and Pride Group of Hotels.
Pravin began his hospitality career with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and completed his industrial training with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. He has also gained international exposure through a camp setup assignment in South Africa.
He holds a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Thiruvananthapuram.
