The Residency Towers Coimbatore has appointed Vinod Kumar as its new executive chef.
Chef Kumar brings more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, with expertise in European, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisines. He has worked extensively with international and regional cuisines, as well as contemporary dining trends, and is expected to play a key role in advancing the hotel’s food and beverage offerings.

In his new role, Chef Kumar will oversee all culinary operations at the hotel, including its signature restaurants, Chin Chin and Afghan Grill. He will also lead efforts to enhance personalized in-room dining and introduce new culinary concepts. His focus will include raising gastronomy standards through sustainable practices, use of local ingredients, and creating elevated guest dining experiences.
