Mr. Uma Mahesh Rao brings over two decades of experience in housekeeping management across leading luxury hotels, including The Orchid Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, and JW Marriott Mumbai. Recognized for his exceptional contributions to the field, he was awarded Hotelier of the Year – Best Housekeeper (2018). At The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, he will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, upholding the brand’s legacy of meticulous service and excellence.

Mr. Siddharth Khurana, appointed as Front Office Manager, has extensive experience working with Hyatt Hotels in Gurgaon, Amritsar, New Delhi, and Ludhiana. Known for driving guest loyalty programs, service innovations, and managing large teams, Siddharth brings specialized expertise in MICE, corporate travel, and luxury hospitality. In his new role, he will lead the front office operations, ensuring seamless and personalized guest experiences.
