The Fern Hotels & Resorts has expanded its Bengaluru portfolio with the launch of Abhimaani Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Rajajinagar, taking the brand’s presence to three operational hotels in the city and nine across Karnataka.

The new property has been designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, combining contemporary accommodation with dining, meetings and events facilities. Its location in Rajajinagar provides access to central Bengaluru and key commercial and leisure destinations, while its event spaces broaden its appeal for corporate and social gatherings.

This opening reflects The Fern’s role in shaping the landscape of new hotel openings.

54 rooms designed for business and leisure stays

Abhimaani Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Rajajinagar features 54 rooms and suites equipped with modern amenities. The rooms have been designed around the requirements of both business and leisure travellers and offer city views.

The property combines its accommodation offering with dining and event facilities, allowing guests to use the hotel for both overnight stays and meetings, celebrations and other social occasions.

Suhail Kannampilly, Chairman & Managing Director, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, said,

“Strategically positioned to cater to both business and leisure needs, the hotel offers well-appointed rooms, dining facilities and versatile spaces for meetings and social occasions. We believe this hotel will become a preferred choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and delightful stay in Bengaluru. This marks a significant addition to our expanding portfolio and strengthens our presence in one of India’s key business and leisure destinations.”

    Barley Bro offers all-day dining

The hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant, Barley Bro, offers local and international dishes alongside beverages, snacks and savouries.

The restaurant operates daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., providing an all-day dining option for hotel guests and visitors. The property also features a signature rooftop bar and kitchen, adding another dining and social space to the hotel.

The combination of an all-day restaurant and rooftop venue gives the property a broader food and beverage proposition, catering to guests looking for meals as well as an informal space to unwind.

Multiple venues for meetings and celebrations

The hotel’s meetings and events facilities include West Minister, Kautilya Board Room, Cascade, Infinity and Senate. These spaces are intended to accommodate corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, social gatherings and other occasions.

The availability of multiple venues allows the property to address different event requirements alongside its accommodation and dining operations. The event offering also supports the hotel’s positioning as a venue for both business and social demand within Bengaluru.

    Rajajinagar location supports city connectivity

Abhimaani Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Rajajinagar is approximately 34 km from Kempegowda International Airport and around 2 km from Majestic KSR Bengaluru City Railway Station.

Its central Bengaluru location provides access to commercial and leisure areas across the city, supporting demand from travellers arriving for business as well as visitors seeking accommodation with access to the city’s attractions and activity centres.

Purosthoam V, Managing Director, Abhimaani Group, said,

“Bengaluru is a city that brings together a vibrant business ecosystem with a growing demand for quality leisure and social experiences. With Abhimaani Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Rajajinagar our endeavour has been to create a property that reflects the energy of the city while offering guests a comfortable and welcoming environment. From its centrally located setting and thoughtfully designed rooms to its dining and event offerings, every aspect of the hotel has been planned with the guest experience in mind. We are excited to welcome guests and look forward to becoming a part of Bengaluru’s evolving hospitality landscape.”

    The Fern expands Karnataka portfolio

The launch marks another addition to The Fern Hotels & Resorts’ presence in Bengaluru, where the company now operates three hotels. Across Karnataka, the brand has nine operational properties.

The new Rajajinagar property brings together rooms, dining, meetings and events facilities within a centrally located hotel, giving The Fern another platform to address Bengaluru’s mix of corporate, leisure and social demand.

With its combination of 54 rooms and suites, multi-cuisine dining, rooftop facilities and multiple event spaces, Abhimaani Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Rajajinagar adds to the city’s branded accommodation and event inventory while further strengthening The Fern’s presence in one of Karnataka’s key hospitality markets.
