Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has named Tapendra Ghosh as its Food & Beverage Manager, marking a significant addition to the property’s leadership team. Bringing with him nearly two decades of experience, Tapendra has built a career focused on refining food and beverage operations, guest satisfaction, and innovative service strategies.

Over the course of his 19-year journey in hospitality, Tapendra has been associated with several prestigious brands, including Taj, The Park, and Accor. His relationship with Accor spans more than 15 years, during which he contributed to the success of properties such as Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Grand Mercure GIFT City, and, most recently, Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli. In each of these roles, he worked to enhance the dining experience and strengthen operational efficiencies.
Sharing his thoughts on the appointment, General Manager Rajneesh Kumar said,
