New Delhi, September 10, 2026: Swiss premium chocolate brand Lindt & Sprüngli has entered the New Delhi retail market with its first boutique store in the city, located at World St. at Worldmark, Aerocity. Spread across approximately 1,100 sq. ft., the store brings Lindt’s range of premium Swiss chocolates to the capital while adding another international brand to World St.’s growing mix of culinary, retail and lifestyle experiences.

The opening strengthens World St.’s positioning as a pedestrian-friendly social and culinary destination within Worldmark, one of the country’s prominent global business districts. Positioned as “The Social Spine of Worldmark,” the destination combines dining, leisure and lifestyle experiences across a walkable promenade designed to attract professionals, travellers and consumers seeking premium experiences.

LINDOR Pick & Mix anchors the store experience

A key feature of the new boutique is Lindt’s signature LINDOR ‘Pick & Mix’ experience. Visitors can create their own personalised chocolate selection from more than 25 LINDOR flavours, including varieties that are exclusive to the New Delhi boutique.

The store will also offer Lindt’s established chocolate tablet ranges. These include EXCELLENCE, which features dark and high-cocoa-intensity chocolates ranging from 70% to 90% cocoa, and EXTRA CREAMY, a collection focused on smooth milk chocolate.

The retail format gives Lindt a dedicated presence in a destination increasingly focused on combining international brands with dining and social experiences.

World St. expands its international brand mix

    S. K. Sayal, MD & CEO, Bharti Real Estate, said the addition of Lindt supports the broader positioning of World St. as a social and cultural destination within Worldmark.

“World St. is envisioned as the social and cultural heart of Worldmark, a vibrant, walkable destination that brings together some of the world’s most loved brands and experiences. Our focus has been on curating a dynamic mix that resonates with professionals, travellers, and the city’s evolving lifestyle aspirations. We are proud to have welcomed multiple India-first outlets at World St., and with Lindt & Sprüngli opening its first boutique retail store in India here, we further strengthen this proposition, making World St. a go-to destination for distinctive dining and lifestyle experiences in Delhi,”

    he said.

The arrival of Lindt adds a premium chocolate retail format to the destination’s existing mix of food, beverage and lifestyle offerings.

A 2,60,000 sq. ft. pedestrian destination

World St. extends for approximately half a kilometre across 4, 5 and 6 Worldmark and covers around 2,60,000 sq. ft. of gross leasable area. The pedestrian-friendly promenade brings together global cuisine, alfresco dining, green courtyards, art installations and street furniture.

The development connects the three Worldmark buildings, creating an integrated environment where office users and visitors can move between work, dining and leisure spaces. Its tenant mix spans cafés and patisseries to fine-dining restaurants and bars, supporting World St.’s positioning as a destination for food and lifestyle experiences.

Lindt adds to Delhi’s premium retail landscape

For Lindt & Sprüngli, the New Delhi boutique provides a physical retail presence in one of the capital’s key business and hospitality districts. The store combines the brand’s established chocolate ranges with an experiential retail element through LINDOR Pick & Mix.

For World St., the opening further broadens its international brand portfolio and supports its strategy of creating a destination where dining, retail and lifestyle experiences operate alongside the commercial ecosystem of Aerocity and Worldmark.
