With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vipin has built a proven record of managing large-scale housekeeping operations and driving process efficiency. Before joining Surat Marriott as Housekeeping Manager, he worked with Fairfield by Marriott Ahmedabad and Courtyard by Marriott Agra, where he played key roles in improving service standards and operational workflows.
