Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have announced the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Chippala as Executive Housekeeper, reinforcing the property’s focus on operational excellence, guest comfort, and international housekeeping standards at one of South India’s most prominent convention-led hospitality destinations.
Extensive Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Srinivas Chippala brings around 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with comprehensive expertise spanning housekeeping operations, resource management, team leadership, general administration, and front office exposure. His operational knowledge covers a wide range of critical areas including guest rooms and public areas, laundry operations, linen and uniform rooms, pest control, horticulture, façade cleaning services, flower room operations, and vendor management related to housekeeping services.

Recent Role at Hilton Embassy Golf Links, Bengaluru
Prior to joining Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC, Srinivas served as Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Embassy Golf Links, Bengaluru, from March 2024. In this role, he was responsible for the housekeeping operations of a 247-room hotel, leading a team of 64 housekeeping associates. His responsibilities included implementing departmental policies and SOPs, conducting operational and grooming training programmes, managing laundry and operational budgets, engaging service contracts, and coordinating closely with Front Office, Engineering, Finance, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth operations and budget adherence.
Strong Pre-Opening and Accor Brand Experience
Earlier, Srinivas was associated with Novotel Vijayawada Varun as Executive Housekeeper from December 2020 to March 2024, where he played a key role during the hotel’s pre-opening phase. His responsibilities included snagging, OS&E coordination, capital and operational budgeting, recruitment, staff training, and the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.
His career progression also includes stints at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Chennai SIPCOT (pre-opening), Radisson Hyderabad Hi-Tech City, and The Park Hyderabad, where he steadily advanced from operational roles to leadership positions within the housekeeping function.
