Spalba, the fast-growing SaaS-based event-tech platform, has announced a landmark achievement — signing 150 hotels in the first half of 2025, further strengthening its position as a leader in tech-driven venue solutions for the hospitality and events sector.
The company’s growth trajectory has been fueled by both new partnerships and strong retention of existing clients. Close to 40% of these signings came from contract renewals, reflecting a robust renewal rate of over 79%. Among the marquee properties renewing their association with Spalba are The Oberoi New Delhi, Pullman Aerocity, Alila Diwa Goa, Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, and Heritage Village Manesar.

The platform has also witnessed remarkable engagement growth, with over 15 million impressions on its Digital Twin offerings and 762,000 unique virtual site visits, making it a powerful tool for hotels looking to attract MICE, corporate, and wedding event planners. In the past quarter alone, Spalba processed 150+ event inquiries, demonstrating increasing market adoption.
Looking ahead, Spalba plans to onboard an additional 300 properties by the end of FY25, nearly quadrupling its current reach. This expansion aligns with the company’s vision of transforming venue sales and event planning through immersive virtual walkthroughs and AI-powered solutions.
With a strong renewal rate, strategic partnerships, and cutting-edge technology, Spalba is well-positioned to lead the next phase of digital transformation in the hospitality events industry.
