The Forest Chapter by Sayaji has announced the appointment of Sourav Mondal as its new Operations Manager.
With over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sourav has been associated with renowned hotel brands such as ITC Hotels, The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa Udaipur, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Radisson, and Pride Group of Hotels.
Before joining The Forest Chapter, he served as Rooms Division Manager at The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa, Udaipur, where he honed his expertise in operational efficiency and guest service excellence.

In his new role, Sourav will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, room division oversight, facility maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
