Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa has appointed Pallavi Mishra as Director of Food & Beverage, strengthening its leadership team as the resort continues to enhance its dining experiences and food and beverage operations.
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Pallavi brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, luxury hospitality, banqueting, event management, and hotel pre-openings.

In her new role, Pallavi will oversee the resort’s restaurants, culinary operations, banqueting, menu planning, and food and beverage strategy, while focusing on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development.
Her appointment aligns with the resort’s continued focus on strengthening its food and beverage offerings and enhancing guest experiences.
Extensive Luxury Hospitality Experience
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Pallavi served as Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Yak & Yeti and the Lal Durbar Convention Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she managed multiple dining outlets and led food and beverage operations for conferences, weddings, and large-scale events.
Throughout her career, she has been associated with several hotel pre-openings, including ibis Styles Mysore, JW Marriott Jaipur, Kochi Marriott, and Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield.
She also served as Associate Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Kolkata, overseeing high-volume operations and leading large food and beverage teams.
Her diverse experience includes leadership roles as Regional Business Head (B2B HoReCa – South India & Goa) at BigBasket, Food & Beverage Manager at Grand Mercure Bangalore, and Associate Director of Events at Hyatt Ahmedabad.
Pallavi has also contributed to catering operations for major sporting events, including the Indian Premier League (IPL), Indian Super League (ISL), and the FIFA World Cup.
She began her hospitality career as a Food & Beverage Associate at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru.
