Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has appointed Shailender Kumar Yadav as Food & Beverage Manager, reinforcing its leadership team as it continues to strengthen its dining and events portfolio.
With more than 13 years of experience across luxury hospitality brands in India, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom, Yadav brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, banqueting, revenue optimisation, and guest experience.

In his new role, Shailender Kumar Yadav will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage strategy across its eight restaurants and bars, banqueting operations, and the property’s 65,000 sq. ft. convention centre.
He will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, strengthening restaurant programming, and leading a team of 153 associates and 15 managers. His role will also focus on supporting revenue growth while elevating the hotel’s food and beverage offerings across dining, weddings, conventions, and corporate events.
Brings Global Luxury Hospitality Experience
Shailender Kumar Yadav brings over 13 years of hospitality experience, having held leadership positions with several renowned luxury hotel brands across multiple international markets.
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Mumbai, where he managed a diverse portfolio comprising specialty restaurants, all-day dining, in-room dining, meeting spaces, and 50,000 sq. ft. of banquet facilities.
Earlier, he was Director of Restaurants at The Westin Gurgaon, Restaurant Floor Manager at Boisdale of Canary Wharf in London, Restaurant Manager at The St. Regis Doha, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at InterContinental Doha. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at W Goa, while his hospitality career began with The Oberoi New Delhi and Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, Shailender holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. He has also been recognised as Best Pre-Opening Executive at W Goa and holds Marriott International’s Train the Trainer Certification.
