Disha Gulati has been elevated to Rooms Division Manager at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center.
In her new role, Disha Gulati will oversee both Front Office and Housekeeping operations, with responsibility for operational management, vendor coordination, team effectiveness, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

With over 12 years of experience across luxury and premium hospitality brands, Disha Gulati has built a strong foundation in rooms operations, guest relations, team leadership, budgeting, audits, and operational excellence.
She joined Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center in 2022 as Executive Housekeeper, where she led housekeeping operations and maintained high standards of service, cleanliness, and team performance.
Prior to joining the property, she held positions with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi, ITC Windsor, and ITC Grand Chola.
Disha Gulati Recognised for Leadership and Professional Development
Disha Gulati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Institute of Hotel Management Jaipur, affiliated with Indira Gandhi National Open University. She also completed the Management Trainee Program at ITC Welcomgroup Management Institute.
Her achievements include receiving the “Housekeeper of the Year” award at the Hotelier India Awards 2023. She has also completed several Marriott leadership programmes, including MDA in Rooms Leadership, Emerging Leaders, and Evolve.
