The appointment strengthens the leadership framework across the Hilton Bengaluru portfolio, bringing seasoned financial stewardship to three key properties in the city.

In her new role, Sheetal Aggarwal will oversee end-to-end finance operations across the Hilton Bengaluru cluster. Her mandate includes financial planning and analysis, governance, compliance, risk management, and performance optimisation, working closely with hotel leadership teams to support both commercial outcomes and operational discipline.
The role is central to aligning financial strategy with Hilton’s guest-focused operating model across business and leisure segments.

Sheetal brings more than 23 years of experience spanning hospitality, e-commerce, banking, and financial consulting. She is widely recognised for driving finance transformation, strengthening governance frameworks, and building resilient operating models across complex organisations.
Her ability to translate financial insight into strategic decision-making has been shaped by leadership roles across multiple industries, giving her a broad and adaptable perspective on business performance.

Deep hospitality pedigree and academic grounding
A Chartered Accountant with a PGDBA in Finance, Sheetal has held senior finance leadership positions with several leading hospitality groups. Her career includes stints with Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, and EIH Limited – The Oberoi Group.
Across these roles, she has led large-scale ERP implementations, strengthened internal control environments, managed complex audits, and developed high-performing finance teams aligned with brand and ownership expectations.
Experience beyond hotels strengthens strategic depth
Prior to joining Hilton, Sheetal served as Financial Controller at EIH Limited – The Oberoi, New Delhi, where she handled finance strategy, regulatory compliance, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. She has also worked with Amazon Development Centre India, managing finance operations and transformation initiatives across emerging markets portfolios.
This cross-sector exposure adds depth to her approach, particularly in data-driven decision-making and scalable financial processes.
