Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Saurabh Taneja as its new Executive Chef, bringing more than 23 years of culinary experience to the dual-branded property located in India’s bustling capital.
Chef Taneja’s illustrious career spans some of the country’s most esteemed kitchens. He has held key culinary roles at Hyatt Regency New Delhi, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, The Oberoi Cecil Shimla, and most recently Trident Gurgaon. Alongside these leading hospitality brands, he has also enriched his experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants and had the honour of hosting dignitaries, including the Hon’ble President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, at The Oberoi Cecil in Shimla.
Renowned for his precision cooking, consistency, and bold use of flavour, Chef Taneja will now oversee the full culinary landscape at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity—from signature restaurants and banquet services to wellness-focused offerings and in-room dining. He is committed to revitalizing the hotel’s food and beverage programme with simplicity, seasonality, and fresh, vibrant energy that appeals to India’s modern traveller.
