The 17th property under the Saltstayz Premier portfolio, the 30-room Bengaluru hotel combines accommodation with dining and conference facilities for business and leisure travellers
Saltstayz, the Gurugram-based mid-premium hospitality brand, has entered the South Indian market with the launch of Saltstayz Premier, Bengaluru, marking its first property in the region and the 17th hotel under its Premier portfolio.
Located on Bellary Road near Hebbal Flyover, adjacent to Baptist Hospital in Vinayakanagar, Hebbal, the 30-room hotel is positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers. The Bengaluru opening forms part of Saltstayz’s wider expansion across commercial and travel markets as the company continues to build its presence across India.
The launch underscores the hospitality sector’s continued growth, aligning with broader trends in new hotel openings.
Bengaluru Property Combines Stay and Business Facilities
Saltstayz Premier, Bengaluru brings together contemporary accommodation and business-oriented facilities. The hotel features an all-day dining restaurant with seating for 50 guests, along with three conference spaces designed for smaller corporate gatherings and meetings.
Two meeting rooms can accommodate up to 15 guests each, while the larger conference room has capacity for up to 25 attendees. The facilities are intended to support corporate meetings, training sessions and other intimate business events, complementing the property’s accommodation offering.
Saltstayz Targets Bengaluru Hospitality Market
Speaking on the launch, Gaurav Gupta, Co-founder, Saltstayz, said,
“Bengaluru has always been one of India’s most dynamic hospitality markets, making it the ideal choice for our South India debut. The opening of Saltstayz Premier, Bengaluru is more than just a new property, it marks an important milestone in our growth journey. As we expand across the country, our focus remains on delivering thoughtfully designed spaces, dependable service and value-driven experiences that meet the evolving needs of both business and leisure travellers.”
The Bengaluru launch extends Saltstayz’s presence into a new regional market while adding another property to its Premier portfolio. The company has positioned its properties around the needs of travellers seeking accommodation supported by practical business and dining facilities.
Asset-Light Model Supports Expansion
The new hotel also reflects Saltstayz’s asset-light, partnership-led expansion strategy, through which the company seeks to grow its network while maintaining consistent operating standards across different markets. The approach allows the brand to enter additional destinations through partnerships rather than relying exclusively on owned hotel assets.
Bengaluru’s addition to the portfolio gives Saltstayz a presence in South India as it continues to pursue growth across high-potential commercial and travel destinations.
Saltstayz Builds Premier Portfolio
Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta, Nishant Tripathi and Sandeep Goyal, Saltstayz operates in the affordable premium hospitality segment through its core brand and Premier category. Its growth strategy combines operational management with partnerships and a demand-led, contract-driven model.
The company is using this approach to expand its hotel network while focusing on markets where demand from business and leisure travellers can support further growth. The Bengaluru opening marks the latest step in that expansion and establishes the Saltstayz Premier brand in South India.
