Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of a new 43-key property, Regenta Place Baddi, further expanding its footprint in North India. The hotel is being developed in collaboration with Sarvan Kumar, Director of THE GOLDEN CASTLE, and is scheduled to open in September 2025. It will operate under a management agreement, in line with the group’s asset-light growth strategy.
Positioned in the Shivalik Hills and within the region’s pharmaceutical and industrial corridor, Regenta Place Baddi aims to serve both business and leisure travellers. The hotel will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day dining venue, a spa, gym, rooftop swimming pool, and a dedicated kids’ zone.
The property will also offer 5,627 square feet of banquet space, a 1,482 square foot conference hall, and a 10,000 square foot lawn, targeting the MICE segment, destination weddings, and corporate events.
Himachal Pradesh continues to be a sought-after destination, offering both scenic escapes and strategic connectivity for business travelers. Baddi, with its proximity to key industrial zones and the tranquil backdrop of the Shivalik Hills, perfectly embodies this dual appeal. This signing not only strengthens our presence in North India but also aligns with our vision to expand into high-potential, underserved markets. In partnership with Sarvan Kumar, Director of THE GOLDEN CASTLE, we are excited to bring the Regenta experience to Baddi and look forward to welcoming guests seeking convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Himachal. – Arjun Baljee, President, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd.
We are proud to partner with Royal Orchid Hotels and look forward to extending their legacy of excellence in hospitality. Our vision for Regenta Baddi is perfectly aligned with ROHL’s values, and we are confident that together we will deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. – Sarvan Kumar, Director of THE GOLDEN CASTLE
The upcoming launch reflects Royal Orchid Hotels’ strategy to explore growing yet underrepresented destinations and to meet the rising demand for premium hospitality offerings outside India’s major metros.
