Steering this landmark property is Mr. Rakesh Chauhan, the General Manager, who has overseen the project from its inception to its grand opening and now continues to lead its growth.
Appointed during the pre-opening phase in November 2024, Mr. Chauhan was entrusted with the hotel’s pre-opening strategy, operational readiness, and brand positioning. His sharp vision, hands-on leadership, and deep industry insight were instrumental in bringing the property’s concept to life. Under his guidance, Pride Premier Jodhpur has emerged as a blend of modern sophistication, regional charm, and elevated hospitality.
With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Mr. Chauhan is widely regarded as a specialist in pre-openings and operational excellence. Before this role, he successfully led the launch of Pride Premier Resort Ambaji (Gujarat) as Pre-Opening General Manager, further cementing his reputation as a results-driven leader.
An alumnus of IHM Chandigarh, he is known for his focus on strategic planning, team empowerment, and operational excellence. His leadership reflects Pride Hotels’ commitment to setting new benchmarks in guest experience and innovation.
