Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Rajat Bhatia as its new Commercial Director. With over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, revenue management, and commercial strategy, Rajat joins the hotel’s leadership team at a significant phase of its transformation.

Scope of the new role
In his role as Commercial Director, Rajat will oversee all commercial functions at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Catering, and Conference Services. His focus will be on aligning strategy with execution, strengthening market presence, and supporting sustained revenue growth while enhancing guest engagement across segments.
