Radisson Blu Greater Noida has launched Women Rise – Empower. Lead. Inspire, a three-month initiative focused on supporting the professional development of its female colleagues through mentoring, skill development, wellness activities and industry exposure.
Led by Babita Bhatt and Samriti Halder, the programme is structured around four pillars, Grow, Groom, Lead and Inspire. It combines learning and engagement activities with practical exposure aimed at helping participants strengthen professional capabilities and prepare for greater responsibilities within the hospitality industry.
Women Rise Focuses on Learning and Leadership
The programme includes mentoring and team engagement sessions covering confidence-building, communication, personal development and leadership. The sessions are designed to help participants identify their strengths while developing skills relevant to their professional roles.
Interactive activities, quizzes and team-building sessions are also part of the initiative, creating opportunities for colleagues to connect, exchange experiences and learn collaboratively.
Wellness and Personal Development Included
Women Rise also incorporates wellness and personal development activities. A two-hour grooming and Zumba session, supported by external experts, brought together personal grooming, fitness and wellbeing as part of the programme.
The initiative takes a broader approach to professional development by combining workplace skills with activities focused on confidence, wellbeing and personal growth.
Industry Exposure Through Hotel Visits
As part of the programme’s industry exposure component, participating colleagues visited Crowne Plaza Greater Noida and Jaypee Greens. Babita Bhatt and Samriti Halder accompanied the group during the visits.
The exposure provided participants with an opportunity to observe different hospitality environments and operational practices beyond their own workplace.
Radisson Blu Greater Noida Supports Women’s Career Development
Anirban Sarkar, General Manager, Radisson Blu Greater Noida, said, “Women Rise is built around a simple belief — when women are given the right opportunities, encouragement and exposure, they can grow with confidence and take on greater responsibilities. Through mentoring, wellness, skill development and industry exposure, we want our female colleagues to see continuous learning as an important part of their professional journey. The initiative is not just about a programme; it is about creating an environment where women feel encouraged to grow, lead and inspire others.”
The three-month initiative is intended to support a workplace culture focused on learning and inclusion while giving female colleagues opportunities to develop their skills and prepare for future responsibilities in hospitality.
