Pushpendra has built a strong career in engineering management within the luxury hospitality sector. Before joining Vantara Niwas, he served as Deputy Manager Engineering at ITC Hotels, Jaipur, where he played a key role in overseeing property maintenance and operational efficiency. He also held the position of Assistant Manager Engineering at Conrad Bengaluru and contributed significantly to DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer, where he advanced from Project Engineering Manager to Assistant Manager Engineering.
