Priya Living, a residential hospitality provider, has appointed Faiyaz Ansari as General Manager of its Hyderabad community, the company announced.
Ansari brings over two decades of leadership across a range of global hospitality brands, including Oberoi, Taj, Jumeirah, Six Senses, Rosewood, Hilton and Marriott. He recently served in senior roles at Le Meridien Hyderabad, Hilton Jaipur, DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi and Radisson Blu Greater Noida, where he helped drive performance and strengthen guest service standards.
In his new position, Ansari will oversee day-to-day operations at the Hyderabad community, which blends residential living with hotel-grade amenities and culturally immersive programming. The community targets multi-generational residents, including Indian nationals and non-resident Indians, offering services such as chef-prepared meals, wellness programming, shared living spaces and personalized experiences.

In a LinkedIn post, Ansari described his first year in Hyderabad as defined by “resilience, teamwork and innovation,” and expressed his appreciation for the “trust and encouragement shown by leadership and colleagues” .
Priya Living currently operates its Hyderabad community in Gachibowli with 127 units, part of a broader expansion plan that includes upcoming sites in Ahmedabad and Gurugram. The brand’s first facility in India opened in November 2023 with a 42-unit community in Flower Valley near New Delhi, offering seniors flexible stays, concierge support, and wellness services.
Ansari’s early contributions include collaborating on the community’s interior design, working alongside designer Namita Kapoor, and supporting its pre-opening launch. Company officials said he will lead ongoing enhancements to resident services, hospitality programming, and operational excellence as the Hyderabad community grows .
