OPO Hotels & Resorts has opened a new managed property in Karol Bagh, expanding its footprint across Delhi NCR. The hotel offers more than 30 rooms along with a contemporary restaurant, café and rooftop bistro. It brings multiple dining and stay options to one of New Delhi’s busiest commercial neighbourhoods.

A Fully Operational Property After Recent Renovation

The management agreement for the property was completed two months ago. OPO Hotels took charge after the renovation phase and aligned the design with the brand’s focus on functional spaces and dependable service. The property is now fully operational and ready to serve business and leisure travellers.

Why Karol Bagh Works for OPO

Karol Bagh remains a high-demand micro-market due to its steady corporate traffic, strong connectivity and continuous visitor movement. The neighbourhood attracts both business and leisure guests, making it a strategic addition for OPO Hotels. The brand continues to identify areas where mid-scale accommodation remains relevant, and Karol Bagh fits this plan.

    Leadership Comment

Sandeep Basu, CEO of OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., said the new opening aligns with the brand’s focus on reliable and accessible hospitality.

“Karol Bagh has a distinct character, and we are pleased to establish our presence here. This property allows us to serve guests seeking comfort, accessibility, and a welcoming environment in a central part of Delhi. Our aim is to offer a stay experience that feels simple, dependable, and suited to today’s traveller.”

Part of a Larger NCR Expansion

The opening supports OPO Hotels’ broader growth strategy for Delhi NCR. The region’s mix of business hubs, transport links and leisure demand makes it a core market for the brand. By entering established neighbourhoods across the city, OPO Hotels is building a network of accessible stay options that meet evolving guest needs and support long-term expansion.

    Growing Across Key Urban Markets

With the addition of the Karol Bagh property, OPO Hotels continues to expand across major urban centres in India. The brand remains focused on locations with strong commercial activity and consistent travel demand.
