In a landmark collaboration, Omaxe, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has joined hands with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the parent company of the iconic Taj brand, to introduce India’s first integrated stadium-hotel experience at The Omaxe State, Dwarka.
This one-of-its-kind destination will seamlessly combine sports, retail, hospitality, food, and cultural experiences, creating a world-class lifestyle hub in the heart of the capital.

At the centre of this ambitious project will be a 158-key luxury hotel, including 40 exclusive stadium-facing suites built directly within the International Cricket-cum-Football Stadium, offering guests a live match-day experience like never before. The adjoining premium club building will house 108 additional luxury rooms, catering to Delhi’s discerning business and leisure travelers.
Spread across 50.4 acres under a PPP model with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), The Omaxe State has been conceptualized around five lifestyle districts – Sports, Hospitality, Food, Social, and Shopping. Anchored by a 30,000-seat ICC- and FIFA-standard stadium, the project aims to redefine urban entertainment by integrating world-class sports, retail, and leisure offerings.
As part of the partnership, IHCL will also manage a 250,000 sq. ft. ultra-premium, members-only club, poised to be among the largest in India. Inspired by global icons such as The Bay Club, Mumbai, Accor Arena, Paris, and elite private city clubs in London and Dubai, this exclusive club will feature:
Fine-dining restaurants, signature bars, and private lounges
Olympic-size and leisure pools, a wellness & recovery centre
Co-working spaces and a library
Bowling alleys, gymnastics and boxing zones
Indoor and outdoor sports facilities
State-of-the-art banqueting and event venues with multi-level parking
Located strategically near Bharat Vandana Park and Yashobhoomi, Asia’s largest convention centre, The Omaxe State is set to emerge as a premier global venue for summits, exhibitions, and international sporting events.
