She has previously held senior leadership roles with Citibank, Bharti Infratel, Apollo Tyres, SAR Group and BC Jindal Group, where she worked closely with leadership teams on talent strategy, organisational design and culture transformation. Across these roles, she has been known for building resilient teams and driving people practices that support sustainable business growth.
