JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has confirmed the appointment of Numrata Rai Kumar as its new Front Office Manager, marking a leadership enrichment for the hotel.
Numrata brings a distinguished hospitality career to the role, underpinned by deep expertise in guest service excellence and strategic front office management. She most recently served as Front Office Manager at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, where she achieved significant improvements in guest satisfaction and operational standards.
Her extensive career includes roles at leading hotel brands. Numrata has held the positions of Assistant Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri and has contributed in managerial capacities at organizations such as Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Her dedication to service has earned her the “Best Employee of the Year” award—an accolade recognizing her commitment to excellence.
In this new role, Numrata will oversee all aspects of front office operations at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. She will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, designing personalized guest experiences, and upholding the hotel’s reputation for luxury and operational excellence.
