As Learning and Development Manager, Rakesh Kumar Singh will oversee training delivery, performance evaluation frameworks, employee development initiatives, and structured team capability enhancement across departments.
The role includes driving engagement across operational teams and ensuring that learning programs align with brand standards and service expectations.
Over 14 Years of Hospitality Experience
Rakesh Kumar Singh brings more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Rakesh Kumar Singh has previously worked with Accor, Marriott International, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, gaining exposure to diverse brand environments and operational structures.
Most recently, Rakesh Kumar Singh served as Learning and Development Manager at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli. In that role, he led end-to-end learning initiatives across departments and focused on skill development and employee engagement across operational teams.
His professional background includes experience across restaurants, banquets, and pre-opening projects, providing him with operational insight that informs his training approach.
