Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have appointed Anuradha Solanki as People & Culture Manager.
In this role, Anuradha Solanki will lead the human resources function across the integrated hotel and convention complex.
Appointment Reinforces People Strategy
Anuradha Solanki brings over five years of experience in human resources within the hospitality sector. Her professional background includes talent and culture management, employee engagement, hotel operations support, talent acquisition, HR policy implementation, and leadership development.
At Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC, Anuradha Solanki will focus on strengthening learning and development frameworks, enhancing recruitment processes, and refining onboarding experiences to support overall colleague engagement.

Previous Role at ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road
Prior to this appointment, Anuradha Solanki served as People & Culture Manager at ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road. In that role, she led HR operations and implemented structured employee engagement strategies supported by targeted HR interventions.
Her experience across operational and HR functions has equipped her with a practical understanding of hospitality workforce dynamics and organisational alignment.
