Noble Investment Group has appointed Nehali Patel as Director of Asset Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience across hospitality operations, portfolio performance and asset management.
Patel joins Noble Investment Group with experience spanning hotel operations and portfolio strategy. Before her new appointment, she was associated with TPG Hotels and Resorts, where she oversaw performance across a national hotel portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with PeachState Hospitality and Marriott International.
Nehali Patel to Focus on Portfolio Performance
In her new role, Patel will work with Noble Investment Group’s operating teams on performance across its multi-brand hotel portfolio.
Her responsibilities will include supporting revenue growth, operating efficiency and asset-level value creation. She will also work with property and operating teams on initiatives designed to improve the financial performance of individual hotels.
The role brings together Patel’s operational background and portfolio-level experience, with a focus on translating property performance into broader asset management outcomes.
Experience Across Hospitality Operations
Patel brings more than two decades of hospitality experience, covering hotel operations and portfolio strategy.
Her career has provided exposure to the operational side of hotel management as well as the performance considerations involved in overseeing multiple properties. This combination forms part of the experience she brings to her new asset management responsibilities.
Her background across different hospitality environments has also included working with hotel teams on performance and operational priorities.
Portfolio Experience at TPG Hotels and Resorts
Prior to joining Noble Investment Group, Patel was associated with TPG Hotels and Resorts, where she oversaw performance across a national hotel portfolio.
The role provided experience at a portfolio level, involving the monitoring and management of performance across multiple properties rather than focusing on the operations of a single hotel.
This exposure is relevant to her new position at Noble, where she will work across a multi-brand portfolio and collaborate with operating teams on property-level performance.
Earlier Leadership Roles
Earlier in her career, Patel held leadership positions with PeachState Hospitality and Marriott International.
Her experience with these organisations contributed to her understanding of hotel operations and performance management across different hospitality environments.
The progression from hotel operations into broader portfolio and asset management responsibilities has given Patel exposure to both property-level execution and portfolio-level performance considerations.
Focus on Revenue and Operating Efficiency
At Noble Investment Group, Patel will work alongside operating teams to support revenue generation and operating efficiency across individual properties.
Her responsibilities will include identifying and supporting asset-level initiatives while working with teams responsible for hotel operations. The focus will be on improving performance and contributing to the financial outcomes of properties within Noble’s portfolio.
The role requires coordination between investment objectives and day-to-day operating performance, areas reflected in Patel’s professional background.
Steven Nicholas on the Appointment
Commenting on the appointment, Steven Nicholas, Managing Principal and Head of Asset Management, said:
“Nehali has a track record of turning operational discipline into measurable results, from opening hotels to driving portfolio-wide gains in revenue and guest satisfaction. That operating rigor is what turns strategy into cash flow.”
Nicholas highlighted Patel’s experience in connecting operational execution with measurable portfolio performance as relevant to her new responsibilities.
Nehali Patel on Her New Role
Speaking about her new role, Nehali said:
“What distinguishes Noble is the link between investment discipline and asset-level execution. I look forward to working alongside the team to drive performance across the portfolio.”
Her comments reflect the connection between investment strategy and property-level execution that forms part of her responsibilities at Noble Investment Group.
Supporting Asset-Level Value Creation
Patel’s appointment adds more than two decades of hospitality experience to Noble Investment Group’s asset management function.
Her background across hotel operations, portfolio performance and asset management will support her work with operating teams across the company’s multi-brand portfolio.
At Noble, her focus will be on revenue growth, operating efficiency, portfolio performance and asset-level initiatives that contribute to the financial performance and value of individual properties.
