Nikesh Singh has been promoted to HR Manager at AnandKashi by the Ganges, Rishikesh – IHCL SeleQtions. His career spans key operational and HR roles across globally recognised hotel brands, shaped through frontline experience and responsibility-driven assignments.
He began his journey with Marriott International, first at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity as an HR Intern, followed by JW Marriott Chandigarh as an HR OJT, gaining early exposure to HR processes and guest-centric service culture. He then joined Fairfield by Marriott Indore as HR Associate, where he strengthened his practical understanding of people operations and engagement systems.

Leadership growth at IHG Hotels & Resorts
Nikesh later moved to IHG Hotels & Resorts and joined Crowne Plaza Jaipur Tonk Road as HR Executive. He was part of the transition team during the conversion to InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road as Assistant Human Resources Manager, contributing to recruitment, compliance, cultural alignment and day-to-day employee engagement during the changeover.
Promotion at AnandKashi by the Ganges
He is currently associated with AnandKashi by the Ganges, Rishikesh, where he initially joined as Assistant HR Manager and has now taken charge as HR Manager. In this role, he focuses on strengthening workplace culture, improving people practices, and supporting leadership teams on performance, policy alignment and employee development.
