Naveen’s professional background spans budgeting, costing, and financial modelling, along with a strong focus on structured financial management. Known for his strategic approach to economic planning, he has worked across Marriott International hotels in a Cluster Financial Controller capacity, where he supported multiple properties with financial oversight and compliance.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce, providing him with a solid academic foundation to complement his practical experience in hospitality finance.
Oversight of All Financial and Compliance Functions
In his new role, Naveen will lead the resort’s complete finance function, covering internal controls, audits, statutory compliance, and financial governance. His mandate is to ensure that fiscal discipline, transparency, and regulatory alignment remain central to the resort’s operations as it scales its offerings.
