Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences has appointed Mohammad Yusuf Yamin as Director of Human Resources. He brings years of experience in HR operations, talent development and employee engagement across leading hospitality brands.
Before his tenure in Kathmandu, Yamin spent nearly a decade with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) across Srinagar, Lucknow and Corbett National Park. During this period, he worked on HR processes, team development initiatives, workplace culture and people-focused programmes that strengthened organisational performance.
In his new role at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, Yamin will oversee core Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and colleague well-being. His experience with diverse locations and teams positions him well to support the hotel’s people strategy and service culture.
