    The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the appointment of Maestro Roberto Zizi as Italian Chef de Cuisine at Oliveto, the resort’s signature Italian restaurant. The appointment reflects the resort’s continued focus on refining its culinary offerings and strengthening Oliveto’s position as a destination for authentic Italian dining on the South Goa coast.

    As the premier luxury address in South Goa, The St. Regis Goa Resort continues to invest in global culinary talent to deliver immersive, world-class dining experiences aligned with the brand’s heritage of elegance and excellence.

    A native of Sardinia, Italy, Chef Roberto Zizi brings with him an exceptional culinary pedigree shaped by leadership roles across prestigious international hotel brands worldwide.
