New Delhi, India: Loya at Taj Palace, New Delhi, will host Loya Qissa x HIDE, Budapest, on 26 October 2026, bringing Budapest’s contemporary cocktail culture to the capital through an exclusive bar takeover led by bartender Gergely Piller.
Continuing the Qissa series, the collaboration will introduce guests to HIDE’s approach to cocktails, craft and storytelling, bringing together two hospitality concepts that place immersive experiences at the centre of their offerings.
HIDE Budapest Brings Its Cocktail Culture to New Delhi

Bartender Gergely Piller to Present a Curated Menu
For the takeover, Gergely Piller will present a specially curated cocktail menu celebrating creativity, technique and storytelling. The menu will bring HIDE’s distinctive Budapest sensibility to Loya for one evening, offering guests an opportunity to explore its cocktail philosophy in a different hospitality setting.
The collaboration connects Budapest’s contemporary bar culture with Loya’s immersive, narrative-led approach to dining and hospitality, creating an evening centred on the craft of cocktails and the experiences surrounding them.
