Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Khurpatal, marking another step in the group’s steady expansion across Uttarakhand’s leisure and spiritually inclined travel circuits. The signing was disclosed on January 19, 2026.

The upcoming hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The new signing reflects the group’s intent to deepen its footprint in destinations that attract both leisure travellers and guests seeking wellness, reflection, and slower-paced travel experiences.
With Khurpatal emerging as a quieter alternative to Nainital, the location aligns well with Lemon Tree’s strategy of expanding into destinations where demand is driven by nature, spirituality, and year-round domestic tourism rather than seasonal peaks alone.
